Joint Meeting with Board of Selectmen
September 27, 2007
Present: Roland Ochsenbein, Kelly Collins, Bob Zak, Chris Sterling, Panny Gerken, Curt Plante, members of the LCC and general public.
The Library Trustees met jointly with the Board of Selectmen to consider the recommendation of the Library Construction Committee for an architectural firm.
A motion was made by Bob Zak, seconded by Chris Sterling, and passed unanimously to authorize the Library Construction Committee to enter into negotiations with Beacon Architectural Associate, Adams and Smith architects. Should negotiations not be successful, the Committee is then authorized to enter into negotiations with Lerner, Ladds and Bartels.
Bob Zak gave an update on the temporary quarters. Ann Hurd gave an update on the capital campaign.
